Katie

I had the opportunity to get a jump start on spring with a little morning shoot today. Katie was a trooper through what at times felt like hurricaine force winds and when it was all said and done we ended up getting some fantastic pictures anyways.

Ryan and Damaris

Ryan and Damaris are wonderful friends with whom we often find outselves watching football with on a Saturday afternoon and often find ourselves afterwards wondering where it all when wrong for our team. This is why we made sure to shoot before the game, and it's a good thing we did. Here are just a few of my favorites. Enjoy.

The Hopper Family

The Hoppers (and Garcia and Hamilton Families) are great people. It was very cool getting together multiple generations for a little November shoot in Homewood, AL. It was also very cool eating incredible, homemade tamales afterwards courtesy of the family patriarch, Garb. In a perfect world, every shoot concludes with tamales.

Hunter

I love Sunday afternoon shoots, escpecially when I can go downtown and have the entire city almost to myself without having to deal with traffic or parking problems. It doesn't hurt when it's a perfect weather day and you get to hang out with someone cool like Hunter. Here are a few of my faves from our shoot.

Liz

This was my first time shooting "senior portraits". I didn't really see it any different than any other shoot really, but it did bring back lots of memories from my senior year, "Go class of '98!". It truly is an exciting time in a person's life. Liz is going to have a great senior year and shooting some pictures to commemorate this time in her life was a ton of fun.

Michael and Emily

Michael and Emily are married and they have been for four years now. It was time to refresh the family photo album. Mission accomplished and then some! There were almost too many favorites to pick from...which always makes it difficult to choose ones to post. Oh well...here is my best shot. Happy Anniversary Michael and Emily!

Fashion Shoot

Jessica is going to the Big Apple soon to pursue her dream as a designer. I was able to help her in a small way by taking some shots of her designs for her portfolio. All the best to you girl. Enjoy.

John Larson

John is not only an incredible musician, but has been a great friend for over a decade now. He needed a few shots for some upcoming print pieces so we kept it real by shooting in our own backyard - Downtown Leeds. The only regret is that we had to keep it somewhat basic for this shoot, still a lot of fun. You can also click here to listen to John's music - great stuff.

The Switch Team

These are some of the coolest people I know. They impact hundreds of students each week at Church of the Highlands. We had a few minutes to snap some pictures of them for a web site launch. To say it was cold is an understatement. Here is what we managed in less than fifteen minutes in the cold.

The Lange Family

Here are a few pictures of a sweet family getting ready to celebrate their little girls first birthday. Cold? Yes. Fun? Yes. Here are a few from the day.

Jon Prensner

Jon is a very talented person and an aspiring actor. We went downtown and did a little urban exploring while we shot some new headshots and pictures for his portfolio. Lots of fun even though it had to have been well below freezing outside. Still a great time and we got some great pictures too.
